Yeah… i forgot to clarify this. I’ve basically decided to move my Tech Just. to IVs given the lack of much content.
By Particle Rifle, I’m referring to the ones being used by the Protheans (you know, the one shown in the ME3 flashback.) But the main points i want to be answered are these: how does it work exactly? And why is the energy green?
I’m tempted to add the infinite ammo part. But i can guess that the weapon just converts nearby matter such as air into ammo.

I might have to reconsider calling the Black Leviathans as batshit insane, Lethath is just basically mad. His hubris alone seems to dwarf that of the All-Highest and the entire Ascended Eternity combined.
I can’t see him having some sort of authority, given that he’s definitely a controversial figure among the Ascended for being a mad scientist. So controversial that even the original All-Highest himself distrusted him completely to put Katha and his squads on standby for assassination. (from what I remember in the Chat).
Does he even feel guilt or is he just WAAAAY TOO Fucking Prideful to admit his faults?

I think it has something to do with the… technological sophistication of the Perversion. Geth was labelled as a class-3 while the Zha’til were class-4 from the Nazara chapter of OSABC.
I think it’ll be safe to assume that Perversion classing is… the steps to achieving singularity.

I meant to ask from the Citadel ‘standpoint’ and on the case where the contacted species is already a space-faring civilisation.
Im pretty sure that as a government, the Citadel would be conscientious regarding measures taken in First Contact scenarios since those would shape their relationships with the new species, especially if they’re already on a level to be reckoned with.

You can indeed use such a thing as a weapon. You can, of course, do much, much worse. Tell me, skipping the math and reading those articles — what happens if you pass said naked singularity through a ring?
Since one wouldn’t be subjected to the noodle effect like in a regular black hole, i guess that the object would be gaining angular momemntum as they approach the ring then curve before intersecting with it.
Given enough matter it would be a… typhoon in space?

From what i’ve read in the 24th chap. of ATTWN, The Innus could perceive strange energies used by the Reapers and even mimic it to a degree (given that their evolution is radically different in comparison to the mainstream races). Does this mean that the other two are capable of something similar that they pose a challenge to the Reapers?

Without the advantage of being fully superscalar, the Darkness might have lost.
To be honest i was expecting a stalemate to occur instead. So let’s make the darkness a 10D instead, would it change things or would it just stay the same?
Also, why would the Darkness just seal only a chunk of itself and not just enter wholly. From what i’ve learned about Dimensional physics, it could suddenly appear in any area of the universe given its higher-dimensional nature.

The majority of arcologies are ‘conal class’. These are built in replacement of the city they cover, stacked in huge circular rings that slowly decrease in size as they increase in altitude. Most conals have ten levels — the bottom level is given to the military and support machinery, the lower levels to the poor, the middle levels to the wealthy, and the top two levels to defenses. Conal class arcologies replaced most small to midsized cities due to the damage done during the war.
Originally, i visualized the SA arcologies to look like that in the Code Geass anime. This is clearly a shoutout to the hive cities of the Warhammer franchise.
The second kind is the archclass. Two huge arches meet in an X shape, and a thick wall runs around the outside of the ends of each arch. Everything within is protected by powerful layered kinetic, magnetic and omni-shield barriers (the omni-shields require geothermic taps to power and usually only activate during armada storms or direct attack). The outer ‘wall’ is half a mile thick and riddled with defenses and military emplacement, while the pre-Iron city sits underneath the dome just as it did. Many roads have been replaced by mag-lines, but for the most part the cities have not changed. The arches are full of mounted weapons, defense platforms, and the like.
I have a hard time visualizing this type. By ‘X’ do you mean when viewed from orbit? Since i think it’s very tall just like the ‘conal’, wouldn’t such thing look impractical since taking out a ‘leg’ would bring it down (Same goes for the conals).
Let’s brainstorm a scenario:
An invasion force (Reapers) besieged and arcology and breached the lower levels. They would take the logical in destroying the arcology by bringing down the foundations, neutralizing all resistance in a single move.
Cryogentically frozen seed stock and DNA from every surviving lifeform on earth (as well as millions of donated fertilized human eggs) is stored here, as well as emergency stocks of eezo and other rare materials. A third of the facility is given over to water and food generation and storage. In case of outright siege invasion of Earth, the High Lords would instruct military commanders to fall back to this location and hold for as long as possible. (The High Lords would not retreat to such a position.)
Why wouldn’t they? They are basically the most important people in all humanity.

On what circumstance made them an exemption? I assume there’s something special about these places or the arcologies there, something the SA is very willing to defend.

Now that you’ve mentioned it, why does it still last today. The Germans and Japanese had commited horrific atrocities in past (the Holocaust and Nanking Massacre reapectively) yet in a few years, everything seems to be forgiven (though some asians still resent the Japs). So what makes the Brazilian’s case different and to what extent is the racism?
