I’ve hit a bit of writers block in several areas, and I need to rework some outlines. Progman is also very busy, as is Michael110.
Thus, for at least a little while, I’m going to be reworking and fixing up OSABC, clearing up the typos, redoing fuckups in tense selection, and especially augmenting earlier chapters where things don’t line up with later ones in terms of how the story evolved.
I’ve redone the first chapter already, to make it less suck and more interesting. If you have recommendations of things to fix, let me know!
I’m busy working on both a new chapter for Of Sheep and Battle Chicken as well as the first chapter of the Turian Hierarchy for a Season of Sorrows Unending.
I’ve also finally completed outlining of Lions in Blue and Silver, although I don’t have a date for that to actually begin work yet. LiBaS is a story idea given to me by Progman, to go into the background of the Legacy Team. It will go over some parts of the First Conflict War that are very ugly, and probably run to about ten or eleven chapters. It will also give a lot of insight into why Rachel Florez joined Cerberus.
I haven’t gotten much done on the Human Version of the Cerberus Files, and sadly nothing done on Naruto stories either.
End of year for the insurance industry was beyond fucked up this time around, due to both Obamacare’s changes to regulations and the fact that both people and businesses waited until the last minute to do things.
Normally end of year crap wraps up in the first week, but it’s January 18th and I’m still pulling 11 to 14 hour work days. Obviously I haven’t had much time to write and get my head together.
This is not a hiatus, just a slow down due to work. The notes for the next chapter are pretty much complete, I just have to sit down and write it. I’m afraid I don’t have a good ETA on when the next chapter will come out at this time, but I’m HOPING to get something done this weekend. We’ll see.
Erin is working on a second painting, and the third will be along shortly after that.
